great service , but minor room flaws

The location was a standout feature, with nearby street food and easy access to transport. Housekeeping provided consistent cleanliness, and the complimentary cold drinks in the lobby were refreshing after a day out. However, my experience soured due to an air conditioning leak that soaked the mattress and the lack of urgency from the staff. Despite a room change, noise from the street and other guests was noticeable, significantly affecting the tranquility I had hoped for.

I stayed in the Deluxe King Room for 4 nights. The room was spacious and clean, with nice furniture. Loved that there were coffee capsules provided! There was also a cool wooden bucket and coconut shell ladle in the bathroom, which I’d never seen before in a hotel. Ample hot water and good wifi made everything easier. Just a minor issue with maintenance, but overall a comfy place to relax after a day exploring.

Just a top selection for a brief sojourn in George Town with value for money. The free snacks in the afternoon were a nice surprise while relaxing. Make sure to explore the street food market around the corner.

Recommend for a two-day stay

Comfortable beds, spacious room, with a large window in the bathroom that offered a nice view while I tried the excellent local brews from the tea/coffee facilities in our Deluxe King Room.
